FAQs

IGNITEK — Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

1. What makes Ignitek different from other padel brands?

Most brands outsource to mass-production factories with mixed materials. Ignitek rackets are engineered using true 24K Japanese Toray carbon fiber, small-batch curing, and a surgical-grade QC pipeline inherited from PT Glomed Instruments. Every unit is serialized, individually tested, and hand-finished.

2. Where is Ignitek based?

Ignitek is headquartered in the United Arab Emirates, with manufacturing capabilities supported by PT Glomed Instruments and Tristar Enterprises — companies with 50+ years of precision manufacturing experience.

3. What materials do you use?

All Ignitek models use:

  • 24K Japanese Carbon Fiber (Toray)

  • EVA Pro Core (Power-Control Blend)

  • Anti-Vibration Channeling

  • Aerodynamic structural frames

We do not use hybrid blends, fiberglass reinforcements, or low-grade carbon mixes.

4. Are Ignitek rackets suitable for beginners?

Yes. While engineered to professional standards, several models (e.g., Hercules, Spider Webstrom, Mortal) offer a larger sweet spot and forgiving impact response suitable for new players who want long-term durability.

5. Why are Ignitek rackets limited edition?

Our manufacturing process is small batch only.
We produce in limited runs because each batch undergoes precise curing, resin infusion, and individual stress testing. This ensures consistent performance, not mass volume.

6. Do Ignitek rackets come with accessories?

Yes. Every racket includes:

  • Premium performance grip (pre-installed or extra depending on model)

  • Padded carry bag
Some models also include protective edge tape or limited-edition extras.

7. How long does an Ignitek racket last?

With normal competitive use, an Ignitek racket typically lasts 2–4x longer than standard fiberglass or mixed-carbon rackets due to:

  • Full 24K carbon shells

  • Structural reinforcement layers

  • High-density EVA cores

8. How do I verify authenticity?

Each racket includes:

  • Serialized authenticity code

  • Batch number

  • Model certification label
Codes can be verified through our upcoming UAE verification portal.

9. Does Ignitek offer warranty?

Yes, all rackets include a 6-month structural warranty covering frame defects or manufacturing issues.
Damage caused by misuse, floor impact, or court collisions is not covered.

10. Can padel clubs or retailers stock Ignitek?

Yes. We offer:

  • Court partnership programs

  • Distributor pricing structures

  • Revenue-share display models

Courts can display Ignitek rackets and earn 10–20% commission depending on the partnership type.

11. Are Ignitek rackets approved for tournaments?

Yes, all models comply with standard padel regulations regarding dimensions, weight, surface texture, and frame characteristics.

12. Do you manufacture for other brands (OEM/Private Label)?

Yes, through PT Glomed Instruments’ manufacturing facilities, we can support OEM and private-label padel production upon request for qualifying partners.
